Hyotei Gakuen

Taro Sakaki is Hyotei Gakuen's coach. He's very strict when it comes to the club. His belief is if a regular member is defeated once in an official match, he would be dropped off of the regulars. He's stoic and patient man and trusts Atobe's skill greatly. He's more like Tezuka in a sense and handles responsibilities well.

Atobe Keigo is the captain of Hyotei Gakuen's Tennis club and stays atop over 200 members with his skills in tennis and strategies. His most popular move is the explosive Rondo Towards Destruction which has an unbelievable smash power. He could also discover his opponent's weakness by his Insight. He's quite overloaded with narcissism and boasts his skills on the court with his famous line, "Ore-sama no bigi yoi na" or "Be Awed by my Prowess".

Gakuto Mukahi is a doubles player of Hyotei and is an acrobatic player like Kikumaru. Although he lacks stamina, he's very good with his acrobatic plays. His most famous acrobatic play is his Moon Salute which defies the laws of gravity.

Oshitari Yuushi is the resident prodigy of Hyotei according to Atobe. He's calm and collected and also the partner of Gakuto when playing doubles for Hyotei. He is the only one besides Fuji Syusuke who can use Higuma Otoshi.

Shishido Ryo is a regular who was defeated by Tachibana Kippei during one of the matches. Amazingly he was able to stay as a regular with the help of Atobe. He was shown with a long hair at first but after he got defeated by Tachibana, he cut his hair in front of their coach as a sign of letting go of his pride and ask for a second chance to remain as a regular. He's very adept with his unbelievable speed and rising shots.

Choutaro Ootori is Shishido's closest friend in Hyotei, he's also a partner of Shishido in Doubles. He's kind-hearted and patient (often found practicing with Shishido). He's famous for his Scud Serve and Speed.

Munehiro Kabaji is a simpleton to be frank. He would be seen either together with Atobe doing all his bidding or in the middle of a tennis court, playing. Most of the time, his only dialogue would be just a simple "Osu" (a sound of affirmation in Japanese) to every question Atobe asks him. He's like a child in thinking therefore he could absorb almost every technique shown to him. He's very good in mimicking other people's moves when shown to him even once.

Akutagawa Jirou is a sleepy head. Always found sleeping between his team mates' matches. He's seldom serious with his matches since he's really good. But when matched against a very good tennis player, he becomes somber and plays his best serve and volley style.

Hiyoshi Wakashi is a junior in Hyotei Gakuen. Although not a regular, he's still good for a newcomer. His most natural form when playing tennis is a form related to Kobujutsu (which for me looks pretty gay). His favorite catch-phrase is "Gekokujyou" or something like "Defeating an upperclassman and taking his position". He's calm and collected but pretty sensitive.
